(i) All privileges based on birth were removed. 

(ii) Established equality before law. 

(iii) Right to property was given. 

(iv) Simplified administrative divisions. 

(v) Feudal system was abolished and freed peasants from serfdom and manorial dues. 

(vi) Guild restrictions were removed. 

(vii) Transport and communication systems were improved.
